Limitation on Liability
SHIP INC is not liable for damages caused in any way due to use of this site. In the event of freight damage, customers are required to file claims directly with the carriers the freight was actually moved on. SHIP INC still requires freight payment at normal terms for freight services provided. Used merchandise is not insured. SHIP INC offers $200 internally for damaged freight that was accurately documented by the scheduling party.

Termination of Your Rights
SHIP INC can at any time deny service to any person or company for any or no reason at any time, including after the time a shipment has been scheduled. Scheduling a pickup with a bill of lading on the SHIP INC website does not give rights to the scheduling party. SHIP INC can contact, or attempt to contact the scheduling party or any related party therein to deny service to any person for any or no reason at all.
